Giant Hopscotch

GIANT HOPSCOTCH YA'LL!

57 squares from driveway to driveway. Why not 60? Because we had reached the other driveway of course.

WEEHOOO!

Pick up the rock before you can hop on the square.

 Go Ma-ma! Go Ma-ma!

Giant Hopscotch, we'll enjoy you as long as we can until it rains.

Summer 2010 Checklist

Drum roll please.....

What to do this summer...What to do.....Well, now we'll know! There is such great satisfaction is checking off those little boxes and the kids are absolutely giddy! I shamelessly stole this idea and I love it!

C25K Graduate

I've done it! I have successfully completed the C25K running program! My greatest sense of accomplishment came yesterday when I actually ran jogged a full 5K. I did it somewhere around 36 minutes. Not exactly a speed demon, but not bad. I can only get better. And...I may actually enjoy running. Maybe? Eventually? I might get there. My first race is on July 5th. Application submitted. Money paid. Done deal. To find out how this feels click here. Goal Completed

Update: Today 5K in 34:40
